Good evening! I am a little nervous about blogging, but would like to try a new way of interacting and sharing ideas. I am gearing up for this fall and finding lots of ideas on new activities to try in the classroom. I have found lots of ideas on interactive math notebooks and am beginning to put mine together for the fall. I am going to attempt a Reading and Social Studies notebook and see how it works out.
I am in my fourth year of teaching fifth grade and my tenth year of teaching overall. Please do not hesitate to reply or share resources that are good!!!
I am a mother of four daughters who keep me very busy:) I am learning to manage my time in different ways and use them as bouncing boards for ideas. They are very creative and have given me many good ideas as well.
